Dialogic® Media Processing Boards – Dialogic media processing boards provide solutions that range from 4-port analog interface boards to quadspan T1/E1 media and network interface boards. These products support a full suite of media processing features, including voice play and record, advanced conferencing, high-speed fax, and speech integration.

ELO® manufacturers a series of touch-screen computer monitors and associated software. The monitors can be used in various computer telephony applications. They also provide an effective way to enhance the Mitel  Attendant Console software application.

Mitel AgentSet eliminates the need for a desktop telephone by serving as the link between your Mitel Axxess or Mitel 5000 communications system and your PC. Spectrum Corporation manufactures a wide range of electronic wallboards used in the contact center and help desk environments. Mitel offers a complete line of Spectrum electronic wallboards and software.

Esnatech’s Communication platform provides enterprises with enhanced access and control over communications.
