To change the Day/Time settings on a Bogen Multicom-2000 Wall Display using the Bogen Admin Phone (MCDS4 or MCDS3) follow the steps below:

1. Get Dial Tone – Lift handset or press [SPKR]
2. Press [9] – To display Main Menu. Only the first 3 selections are shown. You can scroll the Menu by pressing the scroll buttons on the Bogen Admin phone.
3. Press [5] – To select the “Set-Up” menu. The display will prompt you to enter password.
4. Press [1] [2] [3] [4] – To enter the password. When the correct password is entered, the “Set-Up” menu will display.
5. Press [1] – To select Day/Time. Day/Time menu will appear.
6. Press [1] – To set the Day of the Week. The display will prompt you to select the day: [1] = Sunday, [2] = Monday, etc. Press the key corresponding to the desired day. The display will confirm the selection or Press [2] – To set the Time of the Day . The display will prompt you to enter the desired time in 24-Hr format. Enter the desired time by pressing the corresponding keys. Press [*] to enter the information into the system (will not work until the 4th digit is dialed)
7. Hang up or press [SPKR] to end.
